IMO whoever made the decision to submit on 28th needs to be sacked.
Clearly 2 weeks was not anywhere near enough time and management should have been well aware of this.
The person who made the decision to announce a launch date even before they submitted the app needs to go to IMO.
These are fundamental mistakes that should not happen at this level.
At the very least if they do happen you would hope/expect that our well paid management team has the mental aptitude to learn from the first mistake so it never happens again.
Twice is once too many IMO.

Oh and for all those people expecting this to surge on app launch...think again!
These days its buy the rumour sell the fact 95% of the time.
