    I just found this off another company announcement. Apparently a company can go up to 15% share issue capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1.

    So we could see a placement of 15% of the 2112042808 shares on issue. This could be as much as an additional 316,806,421 shares say at 0.14 (who knows) would give $44,353,000. Plenty to go drilling with and hopefully get a few more rigs on site to prove up DSO ASAP.
