Anyone bother to see what their last cap raising was at....Quite an interesting company this is....You bought 2c shares at under 2c...Its last cap raising was 2c when it was trading at around 1c....I don't know the technical structure of this company...I guess when the they lift the suspension if you are the first person to post a sell order....It might not hurt to be cheeky and put it on for the highest possible amount......Cap raisings aren't always a bad thing.....It all depends on what the funds will be used for.....If its being used to pay bad debts...Then yes there is little achieved but a fundamental dilution....On the other hand if the funds are being directed toward future investments, then those funds are directly incorporated into the value of the company and Dilution becomes little more than formality.... Since the global economy is on the mend I assume that real estate in asia also on the mend....Good news for this company...

Still.. By the time the suspension is lifted, anything can happen to the traders evaluation of the SP.... Like I said Kingswood.... If you're the first to post a sell, Being cheeky just might pay dividends but then you just might want to hang on for the cap raising depending on how management structure it...
