MUN has lost a lot of credibility with shareholders but what Black says about RIP i think is very premature.
I dont hold and nevr have but what is more likely to occur is a rights issue at lower than todays price say 10 cents and the stock will drift a little..
If as Black says they dont recieve funding from shareholders and the rights issue isnt underwritten then this could lead to problems for MUN.
But to create fear at this early stage is premature and not really warranted.
