the reason we got involved again was that it seemed the rot had stopped , based on assurances from the company itself , and that we had hit the floor leaving reasonable upside plus a decent yield. However that would not seem to be the case anymore , and this is why the litigation funders will probably support a class action ( which I will happily join )
