That's a pretty much how I saw it too, stepden.
The company appeared to be turning things around and the acquisitions seemed appropriate.
Just have too wait.If it is bad news,good luck with litigation,from what I can see so far, SIP management are being very careful to protect themselves.
I would love to see that same care and attention is extended to the company and shareholders interests.
