Exactly CB I remember posting on another thread a couple days ago that a CR is 'not necessarily a bad sign'. Thanks for that. A dilution in SP short term is acceptable provided the company keeps moving forward and the SP upwards long term.

I would like to know however, what people think 'negotiations' for a capital raising means? Negotiations within the company? Negotiations with an outside party? Does this mean that a 1 for 2 rights issue is off the cards or is this what the negotiations are about??????
I would love to hear posters thoughts on this. Personally i think an outside party may be involved???
