I am not saying it will be JV / takeover but it does not make much sense to me that a capital raising of a few million requires a week plus trading halt and suspension.

If a capital raising them must be significant and even the entry of a strategic investor could be considered.

As for GFC 2 my humble little opinion is that this is not on the cards. The real economy is much better than it was in 4Q 2008 and most of the issues have been around European debt and my view on it is that yes we may have weak European growth over the next couple of years but we are not going for financial destruction. Could also well be that all this volatility has been created by large financial institutions playing the markets and spooking small investors.
