I'm not in the loop but I manage to talk to many people in management all the time!!'

angus was excited about all projects and I've mentioned so many times many hints from previous ann to the effect that feysville is a goer!!

U can choose to stay cautious and wait for the explicit wording and pay the premium price then or take the risk now and gain more if hints were translated into reality!!

I don't know what could be a better hint for feysville than current placment !!!
