my bet is on a mother of all announcement re this placement....

probably the terms of placement will read "XXX million shares @ 10c to be allotted to EXTREMELY SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS"....

I think this one is not going to be at a discount to normal trading range....but at a significant premium to the normal 3-5c trading range.....

other than that I see no logic in going in for a TH and then a Suspension if it was at the normal price of xx% discount to the VWAP of the last 5 trading days and that regular #$%@....
