Great stuff. It is not really that exciting to have dilution occur for any shareholders. I think we must remember the company is still in its infancy and money needs to come from somewhere. Perhaps as time passes and cashflow starts to generate, we might see the Cat buy some shares back. Realistically, if all plans play out, and 'Cougar' is duly recognised as the world UCG leader, this dilution is actually a good thing.
