Agree autosime, if the Cap raising falls thru its goodnight for all holders. If the NAB agrees to some debt then it will reduce the number of shares issued under the SPP.
I tend to think the delay is most likely due to ironing out some of the fine print on the SPP.
Just hope that a resolution is found. A cap raising is better than administration.
