    I'm not liking the development of this TO. I'm looking for $18 - $20. This will not be attained without multiple bidders. This suspension is looking like the board has reached a deal with RIO.

    Well, maybe not the board, but also passport, CSN and Tata.

    Fingers crossed we get the best deal for this great resource.
