This is outrageous.
The Corporations Act clearly states that a public company must have at least 3 directors and ECT now has only 2.
Only last night we received an announcement from the board stating they will appoint directors by the end of the month.
Hello????
Did the board forget to read the Corporations Act?
Were they not aware of their legal obligations?
Why are we now in this dilema?
Being suspended is a very bad bad position to be in.
We have a CEO who is well qualified to be on the board and is not being considered???
