    now that we are sitting on 3.4 and waiting on the announcement, what are everyone's rough target on this after the announcement?? I am thinking maybe mid 5s if all is good and then some consolidation before going down the path ala other African oilers the last few days (not naming them as don't want to flout cross promoting rules)
