First announcement was made on 30 May saying that they have entered into an exclusive two month review period to conduct due dilligence.

That means that the two month period will end on 30 July and an announcement will follow?

Not sure what you mean by update on the progess (or what you mean by delayed???)? You want them to tell you that they are still conducting the due dilligence? Which is what they are doing otherwise they would have to make an announcement?

This could be a massive acquisition so you'd want them to conduct their due dilligence properly.
