    For the company to issue a trading halt on the 13th of July (15days) and suggest that an announcement is to be on or before opening of trading on monday the 18th of July 2011 I would think atleast a news release stating delays to lifting the ongoing halt is justified.

    Why issue the trading halt for 2+ weeks when the due diligence period is 2months. If nothing material has changed and they weren't going to release a material annoucement on or before the 18th like they said they would then it should be lifted and trading should've been allowed to continue.
