They announced they were acquiring an African oil project on May 30 and went into a Trading Halt/Suspension on 14 July.

You had a month and a half to get out?

Are you sure you're not trying to say that you want more (Oliver Twist style)?

Ps. it's not a copper company - if you do some research you will find that they are after copper, gold, zinc-lead, iron ore, phosphate and oil.
