Looks like we wont be trading on Monday. Maybe they thought too much insider buying (2 speeding tickets in 4 weeks remember) while negotiations were still taking place, and dont want any leaks?
But the recent CRJ trading and VORs activity back in Oct 2010 looks identical.
(Not cross-promoting, just alerting people that its the same guys running the show and theres a strong connection in the way trading has been done)
VOR got pumped from 2 cents to 4 (2 speeding tickets along the way) before going into a trading halt in early Nov. The wording in their TH request was exactly the same ==> significant transaction.
Then they too went into suspension before releasing the details of an aquisition. (They also did do a placement, no idea if thats what CRJ plans to do or not)
Vor then hit 13.5 cents in early Feb
Will it be the same scenario for CRJ? I hope we dont stay suspended for too long though.
