    It is obvious that when you are using companys as investment vehicles that ..you often lose track of adminstrative obligations.I can only conclude that LGO has become a casualty of such a process..It appears that management has no intention to develop its portfolio unless
    it has to..otherwise the attention to reporting detail as a Company would be far more diligent as per ASX requirements..This is a poor strategy for shareholders..
