    No it's not good and it could be a sign the refinancing has been delayed or fallen through. Maybe they will now wait until all the approvals for Crista are in place too. Then have one big party.

    Seriously though, I'll keep the view that MUN will emerge with a placement price significantly up on last close. It's a punt on value in Peru.

    Really gotta wonder though why halt / suspend?? Some people would love to trade out now and use capital elsewhere. Now they are stuck and angry.
