Irrespective of what the rumours are, what we do know is that Peter Bowman took over 16 million shares at a cost of just over $1.3 million in the recent 8c placement.

We also know another 2 million shares were recently placed @ 8c.

What we also know is that in the weeks leading up to this suspension, Peter Bowman purchased another 3,850,000 shares on market outlaying approx another $175k.

ASX listed companies are complicated beasts in terms of insider info, but I would be gobsmacked that he would outlay that kind of money the week before the company has rumoured to have gone "broke".

Operational changes could mean anything, I dare say they have had to change tact due to the placement only being partially taken up.

Cash is king and if you're going to run out of it, you need to put a strategy into place that allows you to get more.
