The announcement is taking a while, was supposed to be out of trading halt wednesday morning so hopefully not far off. I could be wrong but i think there are too many major shareholders for a takeover at this stage. Interested to see what the updated terms of the HOA are as the orignal one was only just released, maybe some amendments to please Mr Tsang?
