I think that if Tsang had other plans, he should have acted before now. Mindax is on the verge of signing with Sumitimo which is a big step forward. Tsang has been a major shareholder and director for a number of years so plenty of chance for him to bring in a JV partner if he had other ideas. Most Yilgarn miners have fairly low share prices on a peer comparison. We might find out more before the general meeting.
