    i hear that there is a rights issue about to be finalised.

    i think there will also be a debt issue.

    unfortunately, the rights issue is going to be at bargin basement prices, not sure exactly what price yet, but expect less than 5c.

    anyway, better than going under.

    should happen in the next week.
