trading halt I believe can only last a few days - while a suspension can go on for as long as needed.
in this case, obviously they need more time to finalise the details of the investment in VXR.
would not expect it to last more then a few days, or could even be back trading today. Will be interesting to see what the market thinks of it as I have not bought back in since my last sell @ $1.00.
sometimes it can spell the death knell of a company, but that is another story.
