I agree that there are numerous things to be concerned about over the latest debacle, however I do suggest you re-check the sequence of events which has occurred over the last 48-72 hours.

Not all information released by the media was undertaken prior to TH or suspension.

It has been mentioned on the forum that SDL could be using AFR as a vehcile to leak certain information. Strategy aside, SDL are required (ie. it is not optional) to inform shareholders of all price sensitive events that would be considered to impact their investment.

It was a big fail on this front. Not defendable.
