I reckon that Davide Boisio and Dino Da Costa with the Ochre group are moving to greater control of the company. They will steer emr on a new course with a new acquisition in the USA. Away with the old and in with the new. Some much needed winds of change blowing. That's my opinion...anyway....fwiw.
