The management of this company should be sacked. They have been running the company for the benefit of the employees and not the shareholders for years. To have $500m turnover every year, but low margins is discraceful.
Just one little payroll tax problem has them in trouble. The large shareholders need to get together and send in a razor gang to slash everything not profitable. Halve the revenue if necessary, but only keep the sections with decent margins. Sell off or close down the low margin stuff. Hopefully get enough to pay the payrole tax bill.
I was a brief shareholder in this last year, expecting margins to rise. When they fell instead, it told me that management/ the board were useless.
