Well, there are a couple differences.....VMG paid off it's debt last year with the sale of the Cape Crushing business as I recall. To my knowledge there has been no debt acquired since....but I could be wrong. I was an AZG holder, theoretically still am...However, am much more heavily invested in VMG, particularly with recent purchases....Have more confidence in the new management...even though the previous crowd left the company in ghastly shape....
From the tone of the announcement today some financing package must be at or near finalisation - to get them into a position to project bid...and the issue with that major client must be approaching resolution....Doesn't sound like they're cactus yet. If both issues are sorted, could see some substantial SP appreciation....followed by contracts...for even more SP growth. That's my plan...
