Please do not feel so bad as most of us here had those 100% loss. I know the feeling as I had my BPC (Burns PHilp) moment where it literally did an MBN. It went down to 3 cents and I remember..feeling weak on my knees...but it eventually survived after I sold it at a massive loss.

The most important thing is that we need to formulate a strategy depending on your risk appetite and from it, learn slowly and before you know it, you will get your confidence back but for now, take a breather and enjoy what "real life" has to offer.
