"The Company requests the voluntary suspension to be in place until it releases an announcement regarding completion of the above transaction, and expects the voluntary suspension to end on the date such an announcement can be made."

They are weasel words.

The entity must tell the ASX each of the following:
Its reason for the suspension
How long it expects the suspension to last
The event it expects to happen that will end the suspension.
etc,etc

I think they've not complied adequately with the "how long" requirement of the listing rules
