Suspended because they can't find non-exec directors ? How hard is it to go to the Celtic Club and offer $80k a year to two of the muppetts there propping up the bar ? Its what juniors have been doing for years - $20k each board meeting isn't to be sneezed at.

All they are doing is circumventing CA2001 - Section 201A(2) where a listed company MUST have a minimum of 3 directors. Shame on ASX and ASIC for letting them get away with it.
