Request for Suspension of Securities
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, FAR Ltd (ASX: FAR) (Company) requests a voluntary suspension be granted by ASX Limited with respect to the Company’s ordinary securities.
For the purpose of Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:
(a) the Company is seeking a request for voluntary suspension due to delays in connection with the Senegal drilling program resulting from unscheduled rig maintenance;
(b) the Company expects the suspension to last until Monday 30 June 2014;
(c) the Company requests the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 30 June 2014 and when the Company makes an announcement to the market and requests that the suspension be lifted; and
(d) the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the suspension request.
