It seems that management have been caught off guard and the transaction has become a little bit more complicated.
The problem now is that we have a weekend during this period so the rumour mill would work on overdrive. We should see a lot of positions building up in the bid stack as people look to enter and exit on the excitement, though there might be reason for further delay on this if it is as complicated as I think. Just remember that anyone that holds over 10% has a blocking stake.
