It's not a simple job - remember there are a lot of suppliers involved that support the drill - eg things like drilling mud suppliers - they all have to send their invoices in, which then have to be checked and compared to what was actually ordered, then there will probably be unused supplies which they will return for credit - but some of you think it is like checking your docket against the groceries when you get home and unpack them on the kitchen bench!
