    If KIN are a couple of hundred thousand short in the CR to shareholders I find it difficult to believe the current directors and management wouldn't stump up $50-100 K each to get this over the line.... surely they wouldn't allow this deal to fall over because they wouldn't invest their own money in underwriting the shortfall....however, ATM this appears to be the case.
