CFC were a lot closer to the books than what we were.

Blackrock then sold out... Big losses too

Three other attempts made to resurrect the company and neither succeeded.

We only have ourselves to blame. I too believe we won't get anything out of this deal. If Cupric don't want it they won't stump up more cash which means DML could be operating whilst insolvent...
