The announcement does say the company requested the suspension.. so I presume it will be positive.

My guess is that, maybe the company was trying to prop up the SP (eg large bid @ 6c), and maybe got caught out too early for say a Capital Raising or SPP. And now have to maybe bring forward plans a bit &/or clear with 3rd party etc.

But agree a speeding ticket for a penny/speculative stock I would think 50+% would be more appropriate, or is the Tech boom really over??! sigh!!
