Look, I don't think after spending 130 million dollars over the years the directors would let this fail, afterall, 3 of them recently were confident enough about the companies prospects, they topped up their shareholding.
The company flagged in the financial report 26 Feb that they expected to announce another capital raising initiative before the end of March 2015. After issuing shares at 6 cents and 4.6 cents, they were probably not prepared to issue any more when the price fell through the 4 cent floor.
