Actually they didnt state they would be increasing production to 11.5 mill grams in 2016 ,they said they hope to get it up 3.3 mill grams in 2016, they said beyond 2016 they hope to get it up to 11.5 mill.
And you are mixing up sales figs with profit , net profit should be about 2.5 per gram and remember there are 17 other companies trying to to do the same thing, so they have to actually sell that amount of product.
And remember the sale price will come down as more producers try to compete, as existing users say they can grow it for about 2 dlrs a gram.
