I am inclined to agree. As usual, IWG are telling shareholders absolutely nothing, but this time they are doing it with the shares suspended and the shareholders helpless. I am surprised the ASX lets them get away with it.
My guess is that IWG have been planning a CR for some time. It has been obvious from the released accounts that it was going to be necessary, and the IWG board will have known about it longer than any one else. They were not quite ready when the share price started to fall, and since they did not want to be raising capital with the shares at 10c-15c, they put the brakes on by suspending trading. It is a rather underhand trick in keeping with their dubious entry to the ASX and their total silence about what they are doing with their shareholder's money. If I was a shareholder I would be very worried.
