the LOI with NOOR is NOT a acquisition for VTX, actually the opposite. So in that regard it does rule this out.

This halt is in regard to VTX acquiring (hopefully) something good.

Hey sloba, In no way did I mention VTX acquiring (with due respect to my first post typo) just that it was with Noor, that can be read both ways to any bystander. The same point with the suspension notice, 'the finalisation of a proposed acquisition' could be read either way, doesn't actually have to be read that they are acquiring if you can see what I mean? Anyway good luck to you all, I will be keeping an eye out for sure. cheers
