Busy day over at UCM, I've been watching this one for a while and my view has swung to being increasingly positive last few months from further investigation.
I used to think they were poor cousin to ACG but very Attractive market cap compared to Acg consudering they both benefit from CPT 1 code in usa 2016 and Ucm product is actuslly a third of the price for GPs
Have been patient on entry as was expecting the CR but If the transaction is anything related to American distribution will be even more compelling.
