Well Rabs here's food for thought on that note...
Interesting if it was a CI, but i doubt it would be anywhere near 5c as it would dilute Mr F's loan, as he receives the value in shares of the next raise. $1m at 5c or $1m at 2.5c, you decide which would be preferable to him personally.
And this is where conflicts can arise if its the case......
