    Trading halts like this is to reduce/stop the possibility of insider trading.

    I love trading halts like this for two reasons; the above RE insider trading, and the fact the longer it drags out the more attention it brings to the company. Hopefully when it does start trading again everyone who is anyone has had a chance to research the company and has their trigger fingers on the buy button!
