It appears that Edifica have a share of other licences Lavra and Capitao. IF CDG are buying out Edifica from Premier what is going to be the shareholding with these areas or will Edifica have to be paid separately for these licences as well? Lets hope it all comes out and lets hope that Edifica are then removed from the articles of association leaving 100% CDG.
Looking at this realistically my team cannot see many other options.
