I expected a this to be suspended today.

If you think about this, documentation needs to be reviewed and executed.

The question that remains is whether this is to progress forward with the acquisition/backdoor listing of WBT or terminated the agreement. This is what is the unknown at this stage but I would be expecting the former given NXR's current economic & legal position with respect to WBT.
