It could be that Celgene are going to cough up $58 mil. at $3.82 each. That would be a good deal for all. Most CR's are done quickly under a Trading Halt. This one is not going to happen quickly, hence a Suspension. Leads me to think that Silv is going to let Celgene in on more lines and there are lots of things to negotiate. All will be revealed.
