This is really a strange case as the company can negotiate other terms or explore other options instead of giving up and going to administrators. Now the company future is in the hands of administrators, most wondering thing is whether the administrators make cease mining operation and sell the mining assets to pay back to ANZ and other creditors like Noble and Sk, Liberty will get nothing from the liquidation??
